These animations show what happens to a person suffering with dysphagia when they try to swallow. It provides a detailed animation showing the impact of dysphagia on swallowing function. The video explores each stage of the swallowing process, and highlights where usual protective mechanisms may be affected. Please feel free to use these in practice with patients and/or for internal training.
